The City's Climate Action Plan outlines how the City plans to continue reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, setting an ambitious target of reducing emissions by 50 percent below 2016 levels by 2035 and 85 percent below 2016 levels by 2045 to align with the State’s legislative GHG emissions targets. by 2045.
